SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with ClaytonNV (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

All shipments are subject to U.S. export control laws, including ITAR and/or EAR, and may require additional verification prior to fulfillment.

 


 

1. SHIPPING ELIGIBILITY & DESTINATIONS

  • ClaytonNV ships only within the United States.

  • International shipping is not offered under any circumstances.

  • PO Boxes are not accepted.

  • Orders may only be shipped to a valid physical U.S. address.

ClaytonNV reserves the right to deny or cancel any order that presents export-control, compliance, or security concerns.

 


 

2. U.S. PERSON & COMPLIANCE VERIFICATION

Due to the regulated nature of our products:

  • Purchasers must be verified U.S. Persons as defined under 22 CFR §120.62;

  • ClaytonNV may require government-issued identification or additional documentation prior to shipment;

  • Orders will not ship until compliance verification is complete.

Failure to provide requested documentation may result in order cancellation.

 


 

3. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • Orders are typically processed within 7 business days after payment and compliance verification are complete;

  • Processing times may vary due to inventory availability, product configuration, testing, or compliance review;

  • Pre-order or custom-configured items may require additional processing time.

ClaytonNV does not guarantee same-day or expedited processing unless expressly stated in writing.

 


 

4. SHIPPING CARRIERS & METHODS

  • ClaytonNV selects the shipping carrier and method at its discretion unless otherwise stated at checkout;

  • Available shipping options and estimated delivery times are presented during checkout;

  • Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Signature confirmation and adult signature requirements may be used for regulated items.

 


 

5. SHIPPING COSTS

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on weight, size, value, and destination;

  • All shipping charges are non-refundable, except as expressly stated in the Return or DOA Policies.

 


 

6. RISK OF LOSS & TITLE

  • Title and ownership transfer to the customer only after full payment is received;

  • Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

ClaytonNV is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage once the shipment is in the carrier’s possession.

 


 

7. DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

  • Accurate and complete shipping information;

  • Availability to receive the shipment at the delivery address.

If a package is refused, returned, or undeliverable due to customer error, additional shipping and handling fees may apply.

 


 

8. DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

8.1 Visible Damage

If a package arrives visibly damaged:

  • Refuse delivery when possible; or

  • Note the damage with the carrier upon delivery.

You must notify ClaytonNV within 24 hours of delivery.

 


 

8.2 Lost Shipments

If a shipment is marked as delivered but not received:

  • Notify ClaytonNV within 48 hours;

  • ClaytonNV will assist with initiating a carrier investigation but is not responsible for carrier errors or theft after delivery.

 


 

9. FAILED OR DELAYED DELIVERY

ClaytonNV is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Carrier service interruptions;

  • Weather or natural events;

  • Acts of government;

  • Incomplete or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Additional delivery attempts may incur extra fees.

 


 

10. NO EXPORT OR FORWARDING

  • Use of freight forwarders, reshippers, or third-party exporters is strictly prohibited;

  • Any attempt to export, re-export, or transfer products outside the United States will result in order cancellation and may be reported to authorities.

 


 

11. CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Orders may not be modified or canceled once they have shipped.
Cancellations prior to shipment are subject to the Return & Refund Policy.

 


 

12. POLICY UPDATES

ClaytonNV reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes take effect upon posting.
