SHIPPING

In accordance with ITAR regulations, ClaytonNV ships products within the United States only. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and applied to your purchase.

REFUND & RETURNS

Customers may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Orders that have not yet shipped, including in-stock and pre-order items, are subject to a 5% restocking fee if canceled. Products that have already shipped and are returned within 7 days of receipt are subject to a 15% restocking fee. After 7 days from receipt, refunds are not available unless the return qualifies under warranty.

All refurbished items are considered final sale. Returns on refurbished products are accepted only if the item received is not accurately described on our website. If you believe your refurbished item differs substantially from its description, please contact us for support so we can review the issue.

DEAD ON ARRIVAL (DOA)

ClaytonNV conducts comprehensive testing and inspection on all products before shipment to ensure they are complete, properly assembled, and fully functional. For complete systems, this includes collimation verification, artifact inspection, and full operational testing.

If your product arrives Dead on Arrival (DOA), you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item. The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, without any tampering, disassembly, or modifications. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be issued by ClaytonNV before the product is sent back.

Each DOA claim is reviewed individually, and ClaytonNV is committed to handling these situations with fairness and integrity. Claims may be denied if fraudulent activity is suspected or confirmed.

Customers must retain proof of their return shipping cost. If ClaytonNV verifies the item was DOA, a replacement will be shipped using the original shipping method, and the return shipping cost will be reimbursed up to the documented amount.
